usetowrestle 1
I don't see him listed in track wrestling under Father Tolton's roster. Is he injured or am I missing something?
MLBRUEM 414
Last time I looked Father Tolton only had about 5 wrestlers listed on track. Wondering what status of team and Tindal is as well.
Jwerde 1
I heard he hung it up to focus on football. I hope I'm wrong

I hope I'm wrong At this time of year that would mean he just hung it up as not much you could do to help your self for football that wrestling would not also do for you. Well... there would be a risk of injury of some significance if he participated in the wrestling season... so I could see mitigating that risk as a reasonable approach. Class one with his talent give me a break - risk of injury is just as great riding in a car or playing pickup basketball with friends or being in the weight room. Now that being said it is his decision on what to participate in and I respect that.
jonathan 289
I just got confirmation that Will will be focusing on college football and not wrestling this season.

jm125 9
Not sure if he officially signed papers to wrestle at Mizzou but i do know he at least verbally committed. cementMixer 61
Who was the last returning state champ to stop wrestling to pursue football? Chandler Terry from Marshall?
NCMC4life 31
That never made sense. Terry quit wrestling to "pursue football" and ended up playing on some bad Truman State teams. Pretty sure he could have done that had he continued wrestling.

Pretty sure he could have done that had he continued wrestling. Â I never kept up with him after wrestling. I remember the talk was he was being heavily recruited by Arizona State, so he needed to quit wrestling to pursue football at the D1 level. I think Will is probably a better football/wrestling recruit so whatever floats his boat. The main thing is that these kids are getting to continue their education and getting it paid for. Scarf 33
I believe Chandler Terry quit wrestling and then played basketball the next year.

azcardinal 4
Good for him,I hope football will get him an education. I now will watch Boise in hopes of seeing him play. I met him, what a wonderful man. Good luck
NCMC4life 31
Not for sure what position he could have a chance of playing at that level. Kind of small for a linebacker and a 4.7 40 won't cut it at RB.
MLBRUEM 414
Would not be surprised to see him on their wrestling team. They have a good program.
