Well here it is……… HARD WORK! There is no real secret to the sauce, but getting more involved in your programs outside of the regular season. Your program will not be competitive at a high level if you are not getting your athletes more involved in spring and summer wrestling.

Now I know most of you reading this are thinking, well my athletes participate in other sports at that time.

The constant complaint with high school coaches is that MSHSAA will only allow an allotted amount of time with the athletes, quick fix to that is find a club near your area that will help.
