After the first day of the NCAA Division II Wrestling National Championships at Chaifetz Arena, Maryville sits in third place with 42.5 points. The Saints advanced three wrestlers to the semifinals as Dakota Bauer, Zeb Wahle and Nick Burghardt all earned All-American honors. Still in the back-side draw are Greg Hegarty and Ryan Beltz. St. Cloud State tops the team standings with 47 points, and Nebraska-Kearney is second with 42.5 points.
