Missouri Valley rolls into new wrestling facility

Out with the old and in with the new, but the tradition stays the same. Missouri Valley Wrestling will be moving from their wrestling facility in the Burns Center to the newly built Walker C. Fletcher Athletic Complex.

The Walker C. Fletcher Athletic Complex is an over 28,000 athletic facility on the campus of Missouri Valley College. Inside the building, the Markowitz Center for Strength Training and Wrestling features a new strength and conditioning room and wrestling practice facility. New office space and locker rooms, along with a new athletic training facility are also included in the building. The facility will also feature 17 coaches offices and a conference center. The strength training room features a sprint area on turf, 32 power racks, and office space for athletic training and other staff.

The wrestling room will feature over 6,000 square feet of mats with fabulous photography of past Missouri Valley Wrestlers, provided by Laura Lewis.
