Westminster at Denker Open Recap

As the only NCAA Division III team at this event that had tons of wrestlers from all of the other divisions (including several Division 1 powerhouses), each match was going to be hard fought.

Overall on the day, the Westminster Blue Jays went 10-14 in their matches.

It should be noted that they were missing two of their starters today, Jackson Beene at 165 lbs, and Montgomery Mills at 197 lbs.

Next up for the Westminster Blue Jays will be a couple of road trip for some duals.  Next Sunday (January 22), they will travel to Lyon.

The Friday after that (January 27th), they will travel to Fontbonne.  Their next tournament date for the Blue Jays is February 5th at the Missouri Valley Open in Marshall, MO.
