“Tiger Style” Book Giveaway Official Rules and Terms

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Void where prohibited by law
• Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

Entry Period

• The giveaway begins on 1/26/25 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on 2/3/25 at 11:59 PM Central Time
• All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible

How to Enter

1. Base Entry: Complete the entry form on missouriwrestling.com to receive one (1) entry
2. Monthly Subscribers: Current monthly subscribers will automatically receive five (5) entries
3. Yearly Subscribers: Current yearly subscribers will automatically receive ten (10) entries

• Subscription status must be active at the time of entry and drawing to qualify for bonus entries
• Limit one base entry per person for the duration of the giveaway

Prize

• Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) hardcover copy of “Tiger Style: Eight Steps to Create a Winning Culture” by Coach Brian Smith
• Approximate retail value (ARV): $15.88
• Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion
• Winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receipt of the prize

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received
• Drawing will be conducted within 7 days of the giveaway end date
• Winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the drawing
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected

Privacy

• By entering, participants agree to join the Sponsor’s email mailing list
• Personal information collected will be used for prize fulfillment and marketing communications
• Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway
• The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 10 days of notification

Release of Liability

• By participating, entrants release Sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind
• Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway
