Team Missouri Women Excels at the 2024 USA Wrestling Junior and 16U National Championships

The 2024 USA Wrestling Junior and 16U National Championships took place at the Fargo Dome in Fargo, North Dakota, from July 12-20. The event saw fierce competition across men’s freestyle, Greco-Roman, and women’s freestyle categories. Missouri’s women’s teams delivered outstanding performances, bringing home a total of 16 All-American titles—five in the 16U division and eleven in the Junior Women’s division.

Missouri Women’s Success

  • 148 LBS Breanne Gibbs: 7th Place
  • 100 LBS Killian Evans: 7th Place
  • 235 LBS Jayden Moehle: 4th Place
  • 155 LBS Jayci Shelton: 2nd Place

Junior Women’s Division All-Americans

Missouri’s Junior Women’s team had a phenomenal showing, with eleven wrestlers achieving All-American status:
