The Tigers went 2-0 on the road to bring their record to 8-6 on the season and 2-1 in the Big 12. They won 12 of the 20 matches total, scoring bonus points in eight of them. There was the return of Cam Steed who went 2-0 with bonus point wins. Teague Travis looks to be entrenched at 157 where he went 1-1, while J Conway bumped up to 165 with the absence of Max Mayfield and also went 1-1. 141 looks like it could be in flux where both Owen Uhls and Zeke Seltzer went 0-1 on the weekend. They flexed their strength in the upperweights and looked offensive throughout the duals ahead of home duals against Oklahoma State and Northern Colorado.

Mauger impressed with two gritty wins over conference opponents. He had a close one against Moreno where he struggled to find his offense against a quick Moreno, but a takedown at the buzzer opened up the score.
