- #11 Mizzou 35 over Air Force 9
- #11 Mizzou 28 over Wyoming 10
After a tough start to the season, Mizzou has now won four duals in a row and is undefeated against conference opponents. On the road trip to Colorado, the team got two more dual wins in dominant fashion, winning 15 of 20 matches in back to back days. The duals featured a lot of action, but not all of it was in Mizzou’s favor. With that, here’s a new type of article I’m calling “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly”.
The Good
Mizzou hasn’t only won four duals in a row, but they’re all against conference teams and two of the teams are ranked. Wyoming and Air Force are both at elevation and known to be tough places to wrestle so winning 75% of the matches is a positive overall.
Not only that, but of the 15 wins, 11 of them were by bonus points. Mizzou has a team filled with guys who can put up a lot of points and they showed that on this trip. That includes two falls, three techs, and six majors.
