Mexico Ladies Go Dualing Down South
The Mexico Lady Bulldogs left early in the morning to head to familiar territory, Marshfield High School. For some of these ladies this is their third trip to Marshfield. For all of the freshmen, this is going to be their first dual experience of their careers.
Below are the individual match results. The Lady Bulldogs wrestled five duals in all, finishing 1-4 on the day as a team. Two of their duals ended with the scored tied (Rounds 4 and 5). They lost on criteria in round four to Mt. Home (Arkansas). The Lady Bulldogs notched their lone victory on the day edging out Branson on tie-breaking criteria. However, several Lady Bulldog wrestlers earned three or more victories during the duals.

A lot of their younger wrestlers are starting to find their footing in this young season and it showed in how they approached each round today. The Lady Bulldogs are back on the mats for a Tri-meet Thursday (12-8-22) at Marshall. This will the be the first NCMC action of the season for the Mexico Lady Bulldogs. Mexico will close out their first semester schedule with a trip to Eldon to compete in their two-day tournament before heading into Christmas Break. `
