  • The individual match-by-match results for the Mexico Lady Bulldogs at the tournament are provided in detail.

The Seckman Women’s Tournament has been a staple for the Mexico Lady Bulldogs schedule since its inception 5 seasons ago. It is filled with a mix of both Class 1 and 2 schools that are from both District 1 and District 2 tournament areas.  34 teams and two gymnasiums worth of mats was the setting for a roller coaster type of day for the Lady Bulldogs.  Two of these teams (Francis Howell and Francis Howell Central) are both ranked in the top 10 at Class 2.

The Seckman Women’s Tournament allows teams to bring any and all of their wrestlers and group them in what is supposed to be competitive brackets.  The Lady Bulldogs coaching staff took full advantage of this, knowing that they could see several District 2 opponents and push the more experienced wrestlers by placing them in the tougher brackets.
