The Fight or Flight Tournament is a tournament that many of the elite-level wrestlers in Missouri use as a tune up before some of the bigger tournaments.
There are multiple big time freestyle and Greco tournament coming up including the U.S. Open, Southern Plains Regional Championships, Missouri USA Freestyle and Greco State and the U.S. Marine Corps Junior & 16U Nationals.

The Fight or Flight Tournament featured boys and girls of elementary-school, middle-school and high-school aged wrestlers. The tournament had a mix of round-robin and a single-elimination brackets. The event took place Saturday at Platte County High School, and it took nine mats to accommodate 219 wrestlers.
Below MissouriWrestling.com breaks down the results of the winners from Missouri in each of the high school girls divisions:
95-100 pounds: Kearney’s Zolah Williams won two matches by tech fall and pin leading up to her title bout with North Kansas City’s Juliana Tice. In that one, she won 10-5 to earn first place.
110: Kearney’s Mya Woolridge dominated her bracket, winning two matches by pin and two by fall to win her bracket.
