After taking on Air Force, Mizzou travels to Laramie to take on a struggling Wyoming team. Last year Mizzou won 30-6, but the Cowboys have been hurt with some key transfers and appear to be redshirting some star freshmen. The altitude always makes Wyoming a tough place to wrestle, and adding it to a two day weigh in plus the travel is taxing. Even in a match that Mizzou is heavily favored in, those factors could make this a difficult dual. As said in the Air Force preview, we’re hoping to see the full lineup come out for at least one of these duals. With that, here are some things to look out for.

Hitting the road

This will be Mizzou’s second of five duals on the road. They’ll have more time between the other ones, but those can be tough. With that I wouldn’t be surprised if some wrestlers were rested in one of these two duals. Brown and Jacques are recovering from issues, and they’ve been very careful with Rocky. They’ve got experienced backups at each of those weights, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see a lineup change.
