Dack Punke (7-5) vs. #10 Killian Cardinale (11-2)

Thoughts: Punke has won five out of his last six, and has been starting to figure some things out.

Last season Punke had an outstanding performance during the South Beach Duals, so it will be interesting to see how he looks over his likely bouts this weekend. Punke is solid from his feet and favors offense starting from a front headlock before transitioning to a Hi-C or low single.

Punke is stingy and tough to score on from neutral, but has had some issues from the bottom position this season.

Cardinale has been a huge surprise nationally this season. He was 13-17 last season for ODU up at 133 and has been a different guy this season down at his natural weight. Cardinale has put up a lot of points and been tough from the top position.
