Mizzou comes into a top ten matchup against a Virginia Tech team that should pose a challenge at every weight.

This dual will feature eight ranked matchups and could come down to some toss up matches and bonus points. WrestleStat has Mizzou winning 22-12, but I think the actual dual could end up being much closer, or even see VT coming out on top.

This will likely be the second dual of the day for Mizzou’s and VT after wrestling UNI, so both teams should be warmed up and ready to go.

125lbs: #18 Noah Surtin (3-0) vs #12 Sam Latona (3-2)
Sam Latona is a returning All-American for VT after finishing 6th as a freshman last year. He’s had a slower start to this season after suffering two upset losses.
