Mizzou vs Buffalo Dual Preview

I think that the team comes out motivated after the debacle that was the Oklahoma dual. Myers, McGhee, Erneste, and Lemanowicz have very big matches for conference seeding. Cox had a ranked opponent. This dual could be closer than my prediction, as Buffalo is both at home and very well coached. I would not be surprised to see Coach Smith wrestle some of the back-ups in this dual to give guys a weight break. I hope Mizzou shows some fire here. All rankings used are courtesy of Flowrestling.

#18 Barlow McGhee (5-4) vs. Kyle Akins (8-3)

Akins will be a good test for Barlow at this point. McGhee has been struggling to get to his offense. Akins is very stingy on his feet and is tough on top. This is the kind of guy McGhee needs early offense against. It would be nice to see McGhee get an escape without giving up riding time here. I think McGhee finds some offense and gets a big conference victory here.

McGhee dec Akins 7-5 (3-0 Mizz)
