    Former Pacific wrestler Justin Lawrence will be on the Ultimate Fighter Live show this Friday 3/9. Justin was a 4 time qualifier, 2 time placer, has a 3-0 professional MMA record. Time to get some!

    ESPN has an artical on there website under the MMA tab and Justin is talked about being one of the TUF participants that can make some noise.

    Former Glendale High School (Springfield) wrestler is on the Ultimate Fighter this season. His name is Zak Cummings. He was a state qualifier at Glendale and then went on to wrestling in college. Good luck Zak!
