Weigh-ins at Districts

This question pertains to wrestlers who have dropped to a lower weight class near the end of the season. When wrestlers go to weigh-in, is there a list that verifies they've had enough weigh-ins at that weight during the season to be able to wrestle that weight in districts? Thanks.

How many pounds will the wrestlers get on the second weigh in for districts?

I think that it is three pounds, because of the wrestling the night before.
