This session will include: Wrestling “Inflatable Cage Match”, Cannonball Championships, Belly flop Championships, Front yard wrestling, Team Pictures, T-Shirt, Tournament, and finally a Pizza Party at Incredible Pizza with medals for every participant that wrestled. All events take place after wrestling or are planned to coordinate with wrestling practice. Come to every practice ready to learn wrestling.

NOVICE Boys & Girls Ages 7-15
Day/Time: Saturday/10:15 a.m.-11:15 a.m.

ADVANCED Boys & Girls Ages 7-15
Day/Time: Saturday/11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
(lots of live wrestling and drilling)

The advanced session will be geared towards wrestlers with experience and last 1.5 hours. The advanced session is perfect for USA club wrestlers from all around this area that want to still wrestle. We will wrestle in groups and have tons of live situational wrestling. This session will be filled with “tough” wrestling and lots of fun wrestling games and events! This one day a week is enough to keep the mat rust off and polish their technique.
