You guys may want to go check out the "current news" section on http://www.iscfmma.com, there is a report in there from the ISCF that concerns Kick International being under investigation.

I added this excerpt from the article:

This past summer Zbilski and Fischer promoted the KICK/WAKO USA Tournament. However, false promises and unfulfilled financial promises by KICK brought them to sever all ties with KICK and start up their new venture, True Fighting Championship. The KICK issue was nothing new to anyone here as we have seen this play out over and over again over the last 6 years. Individuals associated with, or who run KICK make big promises that they have NEVER come through on or kept. It's the same ol' exaggeration of numbers and promised expectations to everyone they solicited to that always comes up far short of KICK's promised outcome. In the end, despite their strong promotional efforts to help promote the KICK and WAKO name here in the USA, Zbilski and Fischer came to the realization that KICK and it's leaders had very little if any desire to help progress and promote the fighting sports of Kickboxing and or MMA.

Doesn't sound like a legit sanctioning body to me :^o you might consider cutting your ties while you are ahead.

Just thought you'd want to know, if you hadn't heard already.

I read the article on ISCF regarding KICK. They claimed KICK does'nt send out Insurance papers to the promoters. I always get Insurance papers back from them. They have like 7 different policy's you can get. We can even get policy's on building we are holding event. Also we can get insurance on the fans. I'm really satisfied with the Insurance policy's. There not cheap by any means but anything worth having never is cheap. They also claimed that the promoter is the sanctiong body. That is not true either. Are Kick Rep is Ronny Murry which is neither Bryan or I of course. They say the weigh ins are a joke. ? Are Kick Rep is always present at the weigh ins watching to insure that they are within weight. Each fighter is alowed the same amount of time to weigh in early. They are all alowed 3 pounds in there weight division due to the fact that they weigh in that day. I'm not for sure what is going on between ISCF and Kick but that's between them. I am sure if you go to Kick's websight they would probably say the same about ISCF. They are rivals of course they are going to but heads. All I know is are show has had none of these issues with Kick in regard to everyone else I can't tell ya. They also had a article on what are you fighting for. Kick has several shows airing on TV now. That is a great thing if you ask me anything to get an ams name out there helps them. The ISCF seems to have it out for KICK why I have no idea. Are you affiliated with them in some way? (REP/REFF/JUDGE/ECT.) Just wondering
On the other hand when is your sons first pro fight and where is it.
Talk to ya later \

Josh,
I am not affiliated with the ISCF in any way except for the fact that my son fights in their shows sometimes.

I was on their website looking for upcoming events when I saw the article and thought you guys should be aware of it. I am all for what you guys are doing and the only issue I had was with one fighter fighting twice in one night. I thought that was not good for the fighter or your business' reputation.

I am surprised that you didn't hear about the legal action from KICK before I could let you know about it

I have been on KICK's website and didn't see anything about the ISCF on there, good, bad, or indifferent. Although it may have been there and I just didn't look in the right spot??

My son's fight is supposed to be in Sedalia on Feb 7th, which is the same night as your event. I'll let you know how he does.

Good luck and keep us posted on your events.

As far as legal action are you talking about the casino issue in California? I don't even know what that was about. Can you fill me in. I can't say much about what is going on besides everything they have told us has been good as gold. Everything they say has been true. I really can't take what a rivalry sanction body says and take it as the gospel if you know what I mean. All I know is that they have been good to us as well as very honest and kept there word. That goes a long way for us.
Thanks

Everything I know came from the ISCF website article in the current news section.

I hope everything KICK tells you is legal and true, but just in case make sure you CYA (cover your a$$)

Good Luck!
