At 189, Guthier beat Gentry 14-4 in thier dual and then at the PC tourn. Guthier only beat Allen 3-2

And at 215, Scheetz caused slavens to forfeit quickly in the 1st period

I am a high school wrestler and i have to say that you guys are greatly understimating logan huggins, donny bullock, the hamiltons, and matt heddrick. It would be a smart bet to say that they will go far in districts.

Not taking anything away from Guthier because he is a fine wrestler but Gentry and half the Savannah team was suffering from the flu that night, not a good showing.
Gentry pinned Allen in the first round at Odessa this weekend. I hope to see Gentry/Guthier in the final together at Districts should make for a great match. Good Luck to both at State!

What does everyone think the seeds are going to be for districts. a few of these weights are looking to have some great matches among them and im sure they will produce some great entertainment.

i would especially like to know the seeds for 130 district 4......one semifinal will be a great matchup.

Hats Off to the Platte County Team, An Awesome display of a fine program. Savannah is very happy for the seven (7) wrestlers that we have advancing to state, thats one more than we took last year. Congratulations to all the District 4 wrestlers going to Columbia, good luck and make us proud.
