Just a reminder to any junior or cadets who are planning on wrestling in the Southern Plains Regional in Hays, KS and are going on your own and not as part of Team Missouri, you will need to pre-register at trackwrestling.com. They will not allow walk-ins to register, you must pre-register. Juniors can do this on that site, but any Cadets will need to e-mail me their information and I will have to enter them through the team and you can pick-up your weigh-in cards during registration at the Missouri registration table.
