Yes they can. Mike Chandler pinned a kid his sophmore year in :05, and it was actually :04 when the ref raised his hand to smack the mat.

yep that is correct 0:06 williams came strait forward and madison immediately hit a latteral drop straight to williams's back for the pin i also think that is a new op school record.
