This should be a good fight for Fedor, It should help us know where he is really at in his fighting career.

Absolutely. If he is indeed a top 3 HWT he should dispose of Sylvia without a problem. Definitely looking forward to it.

This is not even a fight for Fedor. He will completely dominate Sylvia... Tim should have a problem with the relentless assaults that fedor is famed for... and by no means am I a Fedor fan, but this fight could be a bit of a breeze for him...

I'm not a fan of either, but you have to give the stand up edge to Tim sylvia. Fedor will have three rounds to get Timmy on the Mat to try and submit him. IMO I dont think Fedor has been tested yet. Four years ago he had a tough fight with big Nog but that's it.

They're still giving Babalu fights? They shouldn't after what he did in his last fight.

What are you guys talking about?
Andrei Arlovski, Josh Barnett, Ben Rothwell, Rento Sobral, Fedor and Alexander. None of these guys are under contract with the UFC.

Because this isn't UFC, it's HDNet

I understand that Babalu is not in the UFC, I just don't like fighters who try to hurt people after the match is stopped. He cranked on the guy's arm way after he tapped to be a jerk, so he shouldn't be allowed to fight. They didn't call me and ask my opinion, however, and he's fighting again. So be it. I just hope that someone messes him up really bad (legally) so he doesn't fight anymore. Screw Babalu.

That dude was no respecking heem. That was a MINOR infraction at best. BJ held he choke on Jens longer than that after the ref stopped it. What Babalu did was really no big deal, just over-hyped.

I thought they were in the same category, but I'm big on that part of the rules. The ability to stop at the buzzer or stop when the referee stops the fight is what separates MMA fighters from bar-room brawlers. No matter how long after the stoppage it's for, I think it's wrong, even if Babalu was getting disrespected. With BJ and Jens, same thing, and I really like BJ Penn, too, but I still didn't think holding the choke was called for. They both won their fights, so that should have earned them the respect they wanted, not the little extra they put on the holds.

Fedor will win no doubt about it.
