How many undefeated Wrestlers are left ? Gillenwater (maryville 130)? Has McClure from Cameron or Hendricks from Trenton lost yet?

genes? u must be thinking of Brad and Byron McClure (former state champs from cameron). Brian's not related to them.

No he was hurt in the third place match at Lathrop. He is wrestling at 135 for us and he is currently 12-9. Most of the nine loses are due to freshman mistakes. He is going to be back for us at least by Monday.
hendricks from trenton lost to evans (a freshman from brookfield) 6-2 at the brookfield invitationals last saturday

Aaron Bridgeman, Maysville, was 35-0 last year and has not lost this year. Probably something like 22-0. So he's won around 50 straight.

Robertson (maryville) beat him in the semifinals, then Tunks (Cameron) pinned him in the consi-semifinals

Jared hadn't been wrestling like his normal self as of late, real sluggish and kind of slow on his feet. He had some blood work done last week and the results were that he had mono. He is not using this as an excuse, he still had a chance to go but he took a shot on Tunks and got out of position, and Tunks was able to turn him over and record a pin. Jared came off the mat and said "I screwed up," no excuses just a mistake that got him beat.
We have one more year with him and are looking forward to a full year without injury or illness for this young man.

I never bragged I was just answering other peoples questions. Jared new all along going undefeated would be highly unlikely. I am proud of his accomplishments this season while being sick and still wrestling well. You couldn't even begin to understand the physical pain this kid has been though.
He is lucky to be alive let alone being able to wrestle to the level he has. He was involved in a severe fire on April 4, 2004 and it didn't look good from the beginning. But he survived it and bounced back faster than any of his doctors ever expected. So please give the kid the credit he deserves, and don't rip on the young man for having a good season. There aren't too many individuals out there with a 34-4 record at the end of the season.

Pretty sure it was Rains of Gallatin that beat him in the quarters.

Tunks took the shot, lifted rosier and then placed him to his back locked up a cradle and pinned him.
