"The Fracas" is open mat time for wrestlers of all levels including youth, middle school, highschool, college and any coach who would like to be involved.

If you are thinking that this is a mixed martial arts opportunity, it is not. The MMA stuff will not be permitted because of the obvious liability issues.

The goal of "The Fracas" is to give guys an opportunity to wrestle against talent that they may not normally get to see. As a part of the Fox high school coaching staff it is our responsibility to make sure our guys are involved, because that's good for Fox wrestling. Regardless, for the next 18 Sundays, our wrestling room will be open to anyone who wants the opportunity to improove their skills, because that's good for Missouri wrestling. And why not, it's FREE!
