Class 3 112 should be a battle for southwest missori wrestlers this year. Smith of Ozark, Villiquette of Nixa, and most likely Hairston of Branson. Smith and Villiquette should have groan into 112 pounders and this will be the 4th year of Hairston wrestling 112 pounds. 103 shouldn't be stacked this year like it was last year because of all the older wrestlers moving up and new freshman coming in.

How does Rob Waters fit into the mix here? He was a pretty small 103 last year if I remember correctly. Has he put on the weight this year or what? Was he at Fall Brawl? Anybody see?

I believe that Bradley Wisdom from farmington will be in the running for one of the best 103 lbers in the state this year.
Whitey03 there is absolutely no doubt in my mind you are right.

yes i agree with you guys the wisdoms are supposed to be pretty good this year. i think that overall farmington is going to be stacked with the lower weights and most middle weights. lewis, i dont believe that donte is going 103 this year. i could be wrong, but last year he went 112 until mid season where he cut hard to get to 103 with the 2lb allowance. and my guess is that hes gotten bigger over the summer.

103 and 112 might be a brother duo i believe that the wisdoms brothers are both training really hard right now and will be there in the finals when it comes time

You need to spend less time on these sites and focus on wrestling yourself instead of talkin good about your teams. The Wisdom's should be good this year but you dont know how things wil go until it comes down to that time.
I have no idea where everyone is going to be at by the end of the season and certainly would suspect that Donte could be the spoiler at whatever wt. he goes, but what if two Cl.3 state finals had the same last name matchups? Lester v. Wisdom & Lester v. Wisdom!
Would it be a first for TWO finals to be decided between two schools and two families in the same state tourney?

it would be even better if a Lester won one match and a Wisdom won the other
Those two match ups IF they both happen could have big team trophy(maybe not title but trophy) implications

Did you guys forget that Pierce is the defending 103 champ? He missed most of the year with an injury and was only a freshman. He is now a year older and his knee is not hurting as it did last year. He should dominate this weight class this year.
I agree about Pierce, believe me the Lester clan knows how good he is. Nick Lester will be at 112 this year and Matt Lester will be at 119 so the scenario mentioned earlier can't happen unless Bradley and Brandon move up a weight class. At 103 and 112 I thought the twins were in a pretty good position to contend for a placement, 112/119 is an entirely different matter. At 112 there may be a lot of great kids...Butler (my pick for the favorite if he is at 112), Villiquette, Pierce (if he is not at 103), Wisdom, Knott, Ake, possibly Waters and Forrest (although Forrest at least I think will be at 103), etc. 112 may be one of the tougher weight classes in Class 3. At 119 Newland and Shaffer would have to be favored for the finals. I am assuming Farinella will be at 125, however if he is at 119 watch out. He has improved a lot. Justin Knott I think will also be at 119 so District 1 should be pretty deep at both 112 and 119.
I think too many assumptions are being made right now about who is going to be where in any weight class. I agree with the rankers who aren't even putting out a ranking until mid-December. Let's see where everyone ends up. The twins were going 103/112 until last weekend so there may be some other kids who have hit/hit growth spurts.

I would be surprised to see Velliqutte go 112 for state.I think he would be a very small 112 if he goes there.
