Thanks to all those that attended our 9th annual Christmas Break Clinics. We had kids from all over the Midwest including kids from as far away as New Mexico, Michigan, Wisconsin (TONS), Oklahoma, Iowa and Minnesota that traveled in just to attend these day clinics. Overall, things went well and Tony, Cornell, Mike and I appreciate those that spent the day with us. We also had some HS teams that attended and their coaches got involved to meet the MSHSAA rules and we appreciate the opportunity to supplement your teams Christmas Break practices.
Speaking of Cornell Robinson and Mike Lapadat, those guys got great reviews and for someone to take the timeto call or email me regarding their clinics means a lot. These guys run PWA sessions for me in Hannibal and Mike runs our sessions in Evansville, Indiana. Thanks guys.
I just spoke with Cornell and he is going to run our Sunday sessions (1-2 times a month) during this season and also in the off-season. My son, Ty, wrestles here on Sundays so Cornell will take over out training and do a great job. He has traveled the USA the past summer and spends many weeks a year teaching for Purler Wrestling and Foundation wrestling and is one of the top wrestling instructors that you will find. For those interested, email me as I will have a schedule set by tomorrow / Friday for the Marcelline sessions which will be 5 hour mini camps and well worth the drive for those living farther away.
