Does anyone have the list of teams that will be competing this weekend?

This topic is from the class 3 forum which lists the schools and some of the top contenders.

I was also hopeing we could get a breakdown of estimated times on Saturday's finals. Anyone from St. Charles West have information that can donate to this website to use wanting to try to make the finals at least?

Warner, JBolin,
Somebody posted that FZW is pulling out of the SCW tournament.
Any truth to this?

RP,
As a precaution, it is my understanding FZW will not be wrestling this weekend.

After discussion with Staff, Admin. and Parents, FZW decided not to attend SCW Tourn. as not to pass/transfer anything to other schools or wrestlers.
I totally agree with the decision as I would rather get the kids cleared and healthy before we get into the last month of season. Also, knowing that we had a few kids that either had or looked like they might have something we did not want to take the chance of passing something to others. FZW did not want to be the team/kids that infected area wrestlers/teams and knock them out of the State series. Yes, it is a shame to miss such a good Tourn. with great compitition and we were all looking forward to some of the match ups, but I think all would agree, the correct decision was made.
Everyone has been checked and anyone/thing that looked suspisious is being treated. Staff and Admin. is taking care of all wrestling areas to make sure everything has or gets disinfected.
Good luck to all this weekend and thank you for your support on this decision.

Thanks, TH and JBolin. That's too bad but I'm sure the other schools appreciate their awareness of the matter. I would have liked to have seen how the rematches with the Lester boys turned out vs. Benanati and Warner.

Oh, and I thought it was just a fishing trip to the Ozarks that knocked them out. I feel much better.
JBolin - a great decision made by the staff and admin. If you would have been wrestling the other side of the state (KC) we would have understood that the decision would have been different. But we truly appreciate that all the kids from this side will be healthy going into the Districts and STate.

I left before team scores so someone will have to give you those results
Most impressive wrestler of the day 112 pounder Nick Lester. Right when you think he could be put on his back, some unique move comes out of no where to counter. I was totally impressed and expect to see this guy at the top at state. Very impressive!!!

I am just teasing. You know how RP, MJ, and all the KC gang likes to talk the talk about KC guys being the best. So I was just pulling their string saying that if FZW would have been wrestling in a KC tournament, they would have went ahead and wrestled them with whatever they have.
Just none of the KC followers caught it. OH Well.

Hey Mom, it's not "they would have went ahead and wrestled". They would have GONE ahead and wrestled. Where did you go to high school, FZW??

Greg, don't get me wrong, both boys did a great job. But my pick of the day was Nick. He absolutely impressed me. I have always followed the smaller guys since my boys were smaller but he was loaded with technique. I do wish them both an awesome first year finish.
And bye the way, it was nice meeting you and your better half. lol I can say that. Good luck again!

Muehlenbrock lost to Recer in their wrestle-off 5-0. Recer seperated his shoulder at St. Charles West so it looks like Muehlenbrock will be back at 140. Also Nick Van Drew should be back soon at 135. Dieckhause forfeited his championship match because he messed up his back. he went to the hospital to make sure it was okay.
