Schedule: Wrestling will begin PROMPTLY at 9:00A.M. for Bantam, Midget & Novice. Schoolboy & Cadets will begin around 1:00P.M.
Format: 12 wrestling surfaces/2 Gyms. Mat assignments will be posted on the brackets.
WEIGH INS: Friday January 25, 2008 from 6-9P.M. at TBD. All Blue division wrestlers mAy weigh in at this time.
Saturday January 26, 2008 from 6:00 to 7:30A.M. Must be in line by 7:30 A.M. to weigh in. Line will close at 7:30A.M. Must be in line to weigh-in when line is closed Only Bantams, Midgets & Novice for the morning session may weigh in!
Saturday January 26, 2008 9:30A.M. – 11:00A.M. Schoolboy & cadets may weigh in for the afternoon session. Line will close at 11:30A.M. Must be in line to weigh-in when line is closed.
ALL WRESTLERS MUST WEIGH-IN….NO EARLY OR LATE WEIGH-INS/NO CHANGING WEIGHT CLASS/NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCE IS GIVEN! All wrestlers will under go a skin and nail check at weigh-ins. Please have proper documentation of any skin problems with you. Head referee will make the final decision on all skin issues.
Rules: Double elimination. MSHSAA (Folkstyle) match rules with these exceptions: Length of bout (1-1-1) for Bantam, Midget & Novice. 2-1-1 for schoolboy & Cadet. Overtime--:30 S.V. - :30 T.B.
ONLY AAU CERTIFIED COACHES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE MATS. ALL PARENTS MUST BE IN THE STANDS!
