Congrats on the W last night against an opponent (Jungeblut) that beat you twice last year. Pretty much dominated the match with the exception of some junk. A lot of people have been talking about who is going to be tough at 160 and KB hasn't made a lot of the lists....the rest of the state needs to look out. Keep up the hard work and defend it!

I'm quite certain that people know who Burke is.

You're right when you say he "pretty much" dominated the match but I wouldn't call Jung's counter move on Kendall's deep single leg "junk" however, the head gear grabbing late in the match WAS junk. Kendall is a take-down machine and Jung and LSW coaches know that. Jung used his strength and his opponent's agressiveness to his own advantage. It was an excellent match and Burke finally got over his most difficult obstacle of the past 2 years - John Jungeblut. The rematch in the district finals should be a good one also.

I dont know what type of wrestling background you have but, my reference to junk means it is a junk move, or funk if you like that better. The headgear call at the end of the match was just out of frustration, I am sure we have all been there.

Question, what place did Ray-Pec take at the Leavenworth Tournament? What about individual placers? Do you have that information? If so, could you post it here or send it in a PM?

I will have to double check to make sure but here is what I know. There are no team scores, it is two tier pool tourny.

103-forrest - A pool 1st place
112-huff - B pool 1st place
119 Molina - A pool DNP
125-schaffer A pool 2nd
130-Tripaldi - I dont know exactly and I dont want to give false info
135-Gray- didn't wrestle due to football
140 - Nueman - see above
145 T schaffer (see130)
152 Long - started off 2-0, ended 2-3
160 burke - A pool, didn't get scored on
171-275 not sure
