any opinions on the 145 class?

I don't know who is wrestling 145 across the state but here are the ones I know about:

Shane Nay, Brian Graham, Brandon Weist, Brian Oschner, Michael Tulley, Derrick Montieth, Trevor Isringhausen, Cameron Dugger, Drae Cox, Brett Smith, Fankhouser

Pretty tough weight class.

Graham is in class 3, and Monteith is in class 2

I don't know for sure, but I have a pretty good feeling that Brandon is going to go where Bailey is.

Why would Weist want to be in the same bracket as Bailey? What weight is Bailey at this year? If Weist does go to 140 then I would suspect that Gagliano will go 145.

Wiest seeking out Bailey is awesome, if true. Worth the price of admission just to see a rematch of that. Is Bailey going to wrestle this weekend.

Jacob Guernsey from Joplin also looks pretty tough at 145. I don't know what class Joplin is in.

Jacob Guernsey from Joplin also looks pretty tough at 145. I don't know what class Joplin is in.

Joplin is Class 4. And Guernsey did get off to a hot start pulling out a 14-2 win over Class 2 Josh Landes of Carl Junction. Landes won the CJ tournament this past weekend.

Why would Weist want to be in the same bracket as Bailey?

Maybe he WANTS to wrestle him. Some people don't run away from competition, Maybe he doesn't want to feal 2nd best by dodging Bailey. Maybe JUST MAYBE, he wants to be the best and not just settle for a gold medal by dodging competition to get it. I don't know, but maybe.
