Grant looks like he took 3rd.

First-place finishes went to four ’Jackets on Saturday. Mikey Shortell competed in the 119-pound class, finishing 5-0. Jake Starnes also earned a 5-0 record in the tournament, giving Lebanon a first-place finish in the 140-pound class. Derick Hough earned first in the 215-pound class with a 4-1 record and Garrett Jackson was first in the with a 5-0 finish in the 275-pound class.

Lebanon also earned a second-place finish in the 112-pound division when Jeff Vance went 4-1 on the day.

Third-place finishes were earned by two LHS wrestlers. Curtis Brawner was 3-2 in the 130-pound class, and Lance Jackson also was 3-2 in the 135-pound class.

Eli Smith earned a fourth-place finish in the 171-pound class.

In other results from the tournament, Cody White was 0-3 in the 103-pound class; Nathan Rogers was 1-2 in the 125-pound class; Steve Kueney was 2-1 in the 145-pound class; Josh Richardson was 0-3 in the 152-pound class; Chance Barker was 1-2 in the 160-pound division; and Jordon Morgan went 1-2 in the 189-pound class.

First in the tournament went to the Missouri River Valley Conference’s Odessa, followed by Lebanon, Carthage, Sencea, Carl Junction, Webb City, Monnett and Pittsburg, Kan.
