[Wrestling Doc]

Last season, the results from Smith Cotton's duals were posted on this website after each wrestling event. Any insights about the team up to this point? I have yet to see anything posted about their main man Mike Kusgen. For the past two years, he has been one of the most exciting high school wrestlers in this state - period. What's the scoop?

Mike was sick and missed a couple of duals. He is back and took first at the Truman T this past weekend along with Kelley and both of the Heaton brothers. Smith-Cotton was 2nd in team points. We have a new coach and several brand new wrestlers who are doing well. Looking forward to a great year!

Thanks for the note. Glad Mike is back on the mat. Send me an email regarding the SC home schedule. AK and I are pulling for Mike to stand on the top step in Columbia.

Sorry for the delay....I didn't check this again until today.
We have several home duals in January. 1/3 - Hickman, 1/12 - Warrensburg, 1/19 - Fulton, & 1/24 - O'Hara-Harrisonville. We also have the Rookie Roundup Jan. 7. Merry Christmas!
