Ok well here it is, I have kinda been put in a hard spot. Coach wants me to pick what class I want to challenge for on Vars.I am around 195 right noe, but im not sure what to do. I know i can beat the 215 guy with no problem, but then i have a hard time with the 189. So I have come to ask for your help.

Man up., your 215 didnt place at Boliver so it may not be that big of step either way.
