Wrestling questions

I registered on this site to ask a few questions. I hope you all can help.

1) Is there any sort of club wrestling programs around the state for adults? I haven't wrestled for more than 12 years, but still miss it. As thoroughly mediocre as I was, I'd like to, if such a thing exists, find some sort of program in which I'm not completely overmatched, but where I can learn. This leads me to question #2.
2) I am studying to become a teacher, and would like to coach. Mainly I would be interested in football, but also wrestling. What avenues are there to learn this skill? As I said, I am far removed from a very average wrestling career, but I still love it.

You might check out some of the freestyle clubs. When I wrestled freestyle for St. Charles West about 8 years ago, there were older guys in there practicing with us. Not sure if that's still the case or not. Not sure where you're from, but I would check with the schools around your area...just talk to the coaches about even sitting in on some practices. For what it's worth...
