Alright, I omitted some but tried to get the essential stuff up through the mid-70s here.
Tough choice, but I'm gonna go with "Highway 61 Revisited." He went electric, he used kazoos, he was brilliant here.
"Freewheelin'" has "Masters of War," probably my favorite Dylan tune of all.
"Times" seemed too obvious & I'm sure most will pick it. Title track & "Blowin' in the Wind" are essential, though.
"Blonde on Blonde" & "Blood on the Tracks" seem to be two cornerstones in my record collection & are oft-played in my home.
I hold a special fondness for "John Wesley Harding" & "Nashville Skyline." Overt nods to country music, the original "All Along the Watchtower" & the great track "Ballad of Frankie Lee & Judas Priest" are here. Influenced Gram Parsons & the Byrds right before they did "Sweetheart of the Rodeo" which caused everyone from the Beatles, Stones, Zeppelin & many lesser bands to incorporate C&W into their sound. Of course, it also led to the explosion of crap like Poco, Bread, the Eagles, & other assorted BS ad nauseum.
"Pat Garrett" has "Knockin' on Heaven's Door," another obvious choice.

"The Basement Tapes" is out on cd now. Early demos with the group who became The Band. Good stuff.
