last year the tournament consisted of 10 teams put into 2 different brackets. the teams would then dual each of the teams in their brackets. then the top 2 teams from each bracket dualed the top two teams from the other bracket. individual awards were given to the top wrestlers at each weight and a team trophey was given. teams that i remember from last year were: Francis Howell Central, Eureka, Fort Zumwalt North, Linbergh (obviously), Washington, Desmet, Hazelwood West, sorry thats all i can remember. zumwalt north won it last year followed by FHC.

Las year it was a dual set up then the wrestlers with the best records 1-4 met in the final first and second, third and fourth place finishers recieved medals. FHC will take this tournament in my opinion.

Greg,
It is my understanding that there will be 4 pools of 4, meaning you will wrestle 3 duals in the morning. The afternoon session will take the winners of each pool and place them in a 4 team bracket, where you will wrestle an additional 2 duals for a total of 5 duals, the same will be done for each team that finishes 2nd, 3rd and 4th in their respective pool.
Saying that, last year they changed the format a few times before we started wrestling so things could change. I don't know what the pools are.
I hope that helps.

Does anyone know what happened to Troy Buchanan? I thought they were pretty strong at this tourney last year. They have a pretty good lineup. I just thought they would do better. Also does anybody have individual Stats for the troy Wrestlers?
