Vito Krischke, Mac Bailey, whichever Lester twin, Wendall Jones, Tim Zieglar, Benenati, Kyle Hatchel, there's about 10 amazing wrestler who will probably be 112 this year, but I think that Jones will win it.

Neither Lester twin will be in this bracket as this is Class 4, however they have already wrestled Jones at Purler and I think one of them may wrestle him again at the Lindbergh Tournament (assuming his school is in this tournament again and they are in the same pool if that is how this tournament works).

this might be the most exciting weight class this year. It could go either way....Benenati is just so strong and thats why he won last year. Vito looked tough at fargo. Mac Bailey i thought was going 103. Ziegler is extremely hard to wrestle and is nails on top. Can Hatchell make 112??

what makes you think jones will beat Benenati or Krischke who have both proven themselves capable of beating him?

I would have to consider Vito the favorite by a VERY slim margin over benenati with Mac bailey 3rd Jones 4th Hatchell 5th(if he makes 112 which i doubt) and Zeigler 6th(also assuming he can make 112)

I don't have a clue which weight Mac Bailey will wrestle , but there is know way i could pick him 3rd . He is a scrambler and has a motor that never run's out .

Hatchell beat jones for 3rd last year. Ziegler also beat benenati last year towards the end of the year. I am not going to guess in this weight class because i could see anybody winning it. It will be fun to watch

that may be so but as I believe Greg said earlier there is a big difference in the body maturity of a 17-18 year old (Krischke,Jones,Benenati) and a 14-15 yr old
not to mention Benenati was pretty big for 103 and assuming he bulked up a little bit he should still be a big 112 and both he and Vito are decent scramblers themselves...

Techfall-thank you for that info I was not aware Zeigler beat benenati, I kinda overlooked him

Mac Bailey can wrestle with any of the kids mentioned, although I think it is a moot point because I think he is going to be at 103. The kid you aren't talking about and should be is Joe Green. No doubt Vito is very tough and I have no problem with him being the favorite, however anyone who thinks that the two incoming freshman at Oak Park 103/112 can't beat these kids is mistaken.

I think the maturity level I was talking about was at the higher weights. At the very low weights I do not think it is much of a factor, but what I do think is a factor especially at 103 and 112 is how big a kid is. Is he a 115 kid cutting to 103 or is he a 101 lb. 103? I do think that makes a difference.

Do not count out Loyd From Joplin.

Lloyd from joplin,I feel he is a streaky wrestler. However when he is hot I know he beat the older Wisdom. He came very close to beating Breashers at Seneca last year, unforunately for him the pin came a tick to late. I agree with Greg, size matters.

you say that benenati and krischke have both "proven themselves" capable of beating Jones, well krischke only beat him by a point or two in jones' second year wrestling so he is still improving by leaps and bounds and he has never even wrestled benenati so you cant say that he has "proven himself". by that rationale jones has proven himself able to wrestle with the both of them. I am not taking anything away from krischke or benenati, they are both great competitors but id go with jones[/u][/quote]

...yes i feel Lloyd has been a streaker wrestler the past 3 years but with the new coach and Lloyd being the strong part of the lower weights this year..i think the new coach will wrestle with him everyday and make him work evenharder and he is a hard worker he will surprise people ...he work so hard this summer him going to osu camps and fargo he is learning to become a full wrestler my sleeper for this year ...

first of all refer to baders post Vito over Jones 8-4
Beneneati over Vito 11-10(somethin like that) seems to me they have both proven themselves able to beat him, but I do agree that he has also proven he can hang with them but imo i will take vito or benenati 19 times out of 20 in that matchup but who knows that one match could come at state

also this point may not matter because benenati might not even make 12
