Higginsville has a lot of talent, but I'd put my money on Oak Grove.

grain valley pulls a shocker and wins it handily

but I'd put my money on Oak Grove.

besides Fowler & Gaston - placers....and Harris, Seek and Williams - qualifiers.......who else do they have coming back?

Those 5 are good enough to make up the core of the team. With Oak Grove, they don't rebuild, they reload. Some of those JVers/freshmen will step it up this year to fill the graduating slots. Also, Williams will be upgraded to "stud" status this year.

I'm not saying OG won't win it, they probably will, I'm just curious as to who they have and where they will be.

I would think Huellet/Long/Padley in the championships and Minks, Ryun, Meyers(?) placing would give them the title. OG will be down this year, possibly out of the top 5 at state. This could be the youngest team OG was yeilded in years.

Peace-pipe Long will definitely help them out.

It will be interesting to see what kind of shape he is in.

Odessa could be a spoiler there as well.

what about Odessa?
They where third at state last year with lots of returning state qualifiers.
they even beat Oak Grove in the dual!!

Zane Fields 11-14............how is he nationally ranked?

Is this kid really nationally ranked? or is this question directed at somebody who thinks he is or thinks he should be?

Is Cabot Long coming back for Higginsville I know that he did not wrestle last yaer and if he is coming back then Higginsville will ave a pretty good core. I mean Huellett, Padley, Long, Ryun, and Myers should all do pretty well and should win the MRVC.

Is Cabot Long coming back for Higginsville .

Apparently he is back, and yes it will certainly make Higg much tougher this year. He is a good kid and very talented wrestler, just needed to get his head screwed on right.

RP - yes, he is ranked as HM HWT - freshman class. Can't remember where....wrestlingreport.com or revwrestling.com, maybe intermat. I'll try to find it.

cabot long has a lot of raw talent and always has since he has stepped on the mat. he probably feels like he has a lot to prove to everyone after last year and theres no doubt he will in my mind.
