How much does it cost to convert a tape to a DVD now days?

Well, about $399 for starters and then free for each one after that. (My dad just bought a VHS/DVD combo player/recorder and I'm thinking of doing the same). But if you're looking to pay somebody to do one at a time it will probably run between $7 and $10.

I don't know. I haven't seen any results of tapes copied to DVD. I'll let you know how well it worked when I finally do one.
