Something to make it easier which I have used is to go to http://www.missourirunning.com/highschool/hsinks.html because it has links to 163 school webpages in Missouri. It makes it a whole lot easier to find the sites then to just try to find them yourself. I thought I would throw that out there

Try http://www.grandpajunior.com and click on Missouri. Some schools dont have websites or updated schedules. Sometimes you will have to go to the district website then go to the high schools.

Herc. does not appear to have a site, Windsor is working on it, the others have no sports posted at all.
