weight allowance for state tournament

Can anyone tell me the weight allowance for state, is there any weight allowance between district and state?

Wrestlers are given one additional pound before the state tournament. 103 would now be allowed to weigh 106, etc.
But remember that the most you can get from the original scratch weight is 4 pounds.

103 weight class as an example:

Thursday = 106 Lbs.
Friday = 107 Lbs.
Saturday = 107 Lbs.
